Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy can help you with a range of health issues ranging from chronic fatigue to migraine. As a complementary therapy, yoga therapy works well alongside conventional treatment prescribed by a doctor. You don’t need any previous yoga experience to benefit from yoga therapy – each programme is tailored to your individual circumstances.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the art of bringing your attention to the present moment, compassionately and without judgement. If you’ve tried it, you’ll know how beneficial it can be. I can help you develop a more mindful approach to everyday life as well as introduce you to a variety of mindfulness techniques.
Mindfulness can help you with conditions such as depression and anxiety and is an effective tool in preventing the development of mental health problems.
Ayurveda
One of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, Ayurveda works to balance your mind, body and spirit for better health.
Ayurvedic medicine is based on the concept that we all have three doshas, or energies: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. An imbalance in these energies can cause disease and illness. Taking an Ayurvedic approach to your diet and lifestyle can help you manage long-term conditions and improve your overall health.
